Laying Foundations for Whole Women Wellness: A Six-Week Journey

In this transformative six-week course, we delve into the natural wisdom of the five elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether—as the cornerstone of whole women's wellness. Each week, we will explore how these elemental forces guide and support the essential aspects of health: nutrition, hydration, movement and rest, detoxification, and the us, as women. 

  • Earth: Earth helps us focus on our support, our nutrition, our relationship with Earth and Nature and feeling grounded and safe. We work with meal plans, reflective food journaling and understand glucose balance. 
  • Water: Working with hydration and the quality of water, we also delve into where we feel stuck and where we can move into flow in our lives, expression and feeling.
  • Air: Air element weaves into our need for movement and exercise as well as the importance of rest. We discover our resistance as well as our physical body as a portal via movement, and which exercises are best for us at your exact life point and needs. 
  • Fire: Our body has 3 natural detoxification systems. We learn ways to stimulate and support our bodies innate capacities to release and eliminate. We extend the reflection within to restore our fire and passion, as well as releasing what is no longer needed. 
  • Ether: The spaces between—rest, reflection, and connection to the divine—are anchored in Ether. This week invites you to examine how you create space in your life, offering tools to support rest and recovery, and ways to connect more deeply with yourself and the world around you.
  • Womb Wisdom: We end with an introduction to the wisdom and connection of our female body, our fertility cycle, menstruation as our 5th vital sign and Mother Nature. 

Throughout the course, you'll identify obstacles and stagnation in your life and learn how to reconnect with your body’s wisdom. Each element is woven into practical tools, lifestyle choices, and daily practices that are designed to support your unique journey toward wellness.

This course is not just about learning but embodying the principles of whole women care, enabling you to feel grounded, supported, and in harmony with the natural world.

In this session, we’ll bring together everything we've learned about the foundations of health, now focusing on the unique experience of being a woman. We will introduce womb wisdom, cyclical living, and the menstrual cycle as the 5th vital sign, integrating these insights into our approach to whole-body wellness.

Hello, I'm Gauri

After studying medicine and practicing in hospitals and private clinics for over 13 years, I transitioned to a holistic approach that combines herbal, traditional, and functional medicine. What deeply fascinated me was the gap between women’s needs and what conventional gynecology offers.

Many women today feel exhausted and drained, living in a way that doesn’t align with what their bodies need to thrive. This mismatch between modern lifestyles and our biological needs underlies many gynecological diagnoses, chronic conditions, and autoimmune illnesses. Getting back to basics is essential—not just for prevention and self-care, but for empowering women to address the root causes of their symptoms before they escalate.

Through the wisdom of our natural biological design, we can access a magical, harmonious way of living. I now dedicate my work to teaching, practicing, and living Reframing Women's Healthcare. I live with my husband and two sons in a small seaside town in South Africa.
